Grapeview Residence

This waterfront 3100 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was designed to maximize the views of Case Inlet and Mount Rainier. Each area flows into the next and the double sliding doors provide easy access between indoor and outdoor spaces to connect the patio and the dining room. Interior materials and colors were specifically chosen to match the location and blend with the surroundings. The building was adapted to the existing topography to minimize intrusive site work and environmental impact. The residence is heated with a highly efficient radiant system and air is circulated with an ERV exchange system that ensures high interior air quality and minimizes condensation and moisture.
