Newton Rowhomes

This seven-unit rowhome project is located on the corner of 23rd Ave. W and W Newton St. in the Magnolia neighborhood, and will be 4-star Built Green certified. The homes are each three stories, designed to take advantage of the views with private roof decks that provide access to sky and outdoor living space for each unit. Front stoops, material variation, large windows and massing modulation identify individual units. The site’s natural topography allowed the design team to step the structure, maximizing natural light and views while reducing the perceived height and bulk of the project.
