MODA Apartments

The MODA Apartments project is a seven story 251-unit residential project with commercial uses at street level and three levels of underground parking. The street front was designed to appear like three smaller buildings with intermediate rooftop gardens separating the main residential masses. There is also a shared main rooftop garden for private residents use. The units were designed to fit an unmet demand for affordable new construction in the downtown area. The smaller “international” style floorplans allow for diversity in a market dominated by larger and higher priced units. With units ranging from 300 to 900 square foot lofts, the layouts are both smart and efficient.
